FRONT BRAKING SYSTEM
BLEEDING
The braking system must be
bled after the fluid replacement
or when, due to air in the circuit,
the lever stroke is long and
spongy.
Proceed as follows:
- Remove the rubber cap on the
bleeding valve (1).
- Attach a clear plastic hose to
the bleeding valve on the brake
caliper and turn the other end of
the hose into a container (make
sure that the end of the hose is
submerged in brake fluid during
the entire bleeding operation).
- Remove fluid reservoir cap
(2), the rubber and fill the
reservoir with fresh brake fluid.
- Open the bleeding valve and
pump with brake lever
several times until the fluid,
clear and without bubbles,
comes out of the hose: now
close the bleeding valve.
- Restore the brake fluid level
(A) then reassemble the rubber
and the fluid reservoir cap .

VORDEREN BREMSANLAGE
Der Ablaß der Bremsanlage muß
dann durchgeführt dann
Fluessigkeitwechsel oder wenn,
aufgrund von Luft im Kreis, der
Hebelhub lang und elastisch wird.
Verlaufen in die folgende Art und
Weise.
- Die Gummikappe (1) auf dem
Entleerungsventile abnehmen.
- Ein durchsichtiges
Kunststoffroerchen an das
Ablaßventil anbringen und das
andere Röhrenende in einen
Behaelter einfuehren (sicherstellen,
dass während des gesamten
Vorgangs das Röhrenende ständig
in der Flüssigkeiteingetaucht ist).
- Pumpendeckel (2), Gummibalg
entferen und Behaelter mit frisher
fluessigKeit fuellen.
- Das Ablaßventil öffnen und
wiederholt den Hebel betätigen,
bis man den Austritt von heller,
blasenloser Flüssigkeit aus dem
durchsichtigen Röhrchen bemerkt:
jetzt das Ablassventil schließen.
- Den richtigen Flussigkeitsstand
(A) erreichen und Gummibalg und
Pumpendeckel
zusammensetzen.
