AVVERTENZA*: Effettuare
l'eventuale sostituzione della
candela con una "più calda" o
"più fredda" con estrema
cautela. Una candela di grado
termico troppo elevato può
causare preaccensioni con
possibili danni per il motore.
Una candela di grado termico
troppo basso può causare un
notevole aumento dei depositi
carboniosi.
Prima di procedere al
rimontaggio, eseguire una
accurata pulizia degli elettrodi e
dell'isolante usando uno
spazzolino metallico. Apllicare
grasso grafitato sul filetto della
candela, avvitarla a mano fino
fondo quindi, con la chiave in
dotazione, serrarla alla coppia
prescritta (12 Nm).
La candela che presenti
screpolature sull'isolante o che
abbia gli elettrodi corrosi, deve
essere sostituita.
CAUTION*: Select a spark plug
with a colder or hotter heat
range carefully and cautiously.
A spark plug with too hot a
heat range may lead to
preignition and possible
engine damage. A spark plug
with too cold a heat range may
foul as the result of too much
carbon buildup.
Before refitting the plug,
thoroughly clean the
electrodes and the insulator
using a brass-metal brush.
Apply a little graphite grease
to the plug thread; fit and
screw the plug home by hand
and then tighten to the correct
torque (12 Nm- 8.9 ft/lb) using
the supplied spark plug
wrench.
Spark plugs which have
cracked insulators or corroded
electrodes should be replaced.
AVIS * : Il ne faut pas négliger
certaines précautions quand
on remplace la bougie avec
une "plus chaude" ou "plus
froide". Rappelez-vous que
une bougie ayant un dégré
thermique trop élevé peut
provoquer des préallumages
et endommager le moteur et
que une bougie avec un dégré
thermique trop bas peut
provoquer un acroissement
remarquable des dépôts de
carbone.
Avant de remonter la bougie,
nettoyer soigneusement les
électrodes et l'isolant en
utilisant une brosse
métallique.
Appliquer de la graisse
graphitée sur le filet de la
bougie et la visser à fond à la
main; ensuite, la serrer avec le
couple de serrage prescrit (12
Nm) en utilisant la clé spéciale
en dotation.
Les bougies avec l'isolant
fendillé ou les électrodes
corrodées doivent être
remplacées.
WARNHINWEIS * : Der eventuelle
Austausch der Zündkerze mit
einer "heißeren" oder "kälteren"
ist mit äußerster Sorgfalt
durchzuführen. Eine Zündkerze
mit zu hohem Wärmegrad kann
Frühzündungen verursachen mit
möglichen Motorschäden. Eine
Zündkerze mit zu niedrigem
Wärmegrad kann die
Kohlenablagerungen erheblich
erhöhen.
Vor dem Wiedereinsetzen der
Kerze die Elektroden und die
Isolierung sorgfältig mit Hilfe
einer Metalbürste reinigen.
Das Kerzengewinde mit
Graphitfett schmieren und die
Kerze ganz einschrauben und
schliesslich mit dem gelieferten
Zündkerzeschlüssels in
Ausstattung mit dem
vorgeschriebenen
Anzugsmoment (12 Nm)
anschrauben.
Bei Rissen an der Isolierung
bzw. bei Korrosion der
Elektroden ist die Kerze zu
wechseln.
