Warranty Conditions

• The trampoline is made of high-quality materials. All parts have been inspected
and found free of defects.
• The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Keep all docu-
ments of purchase together with the instruction manual. Documents will be
required when applying warranty claims.
• Claims for defective goods shall be governed by Czech law or by the law of the
country in which the trampoline was purchased.
• The warranty applies to all defects caused by a manufacturing error, or material
defects affecting functionality.
• After purchasing the trampoline, the buyer is obliged to check that the packa-
ging or other parts of the trampoline are not damaged. In case of any defects,
inform the seller immediately.
• If any defects appear immediately after assembly of the trampoline and it cannot
be used, the buyer must make a warranty claim without any delay.
• If defects are discovered on individual parts of the trampoline, make a claim for
the defective part only, with the damaged place clearly marked.
The warranty does not apply to:
• Damages caused by improper installation, use or storage.
• Ordinary damages corresponding to its nature and length of use.
• Defects caused by mechanical damage.
• Defects caused by the natural elements – heavy rain/snow, strong wind, flying
heavy objects
• Defects due to use of substandard tools and cleaning aids.
• Natural loss of colour fastness caused by exposure to sunlight.
• Deformation caused by unstable or untreated surface.
• The frame and ladder are not made of stainless steel and can therefore become
rusty in humid conditions. Claims for potential rusting of the steel frame or lad-
der will not be accepted.
