In order to achieve a high degree of cleaning efficiency electrostatic air cleaners must be
dimensioned and designed according to the cleaning task they are to perform.
This means in concrete terms that in certain cases, the polluted air has to pass through

before it is clean enough to be returned into the workspace.
Due to more tight and improved machine housings on the one hand, and faster processing
speeds on the other, the concentration of mist and smoke increases in modern machine tools.

R R e e v v e e n n ' ' s s UCE devices achieve a very efficient separation of even highly concentrated mists
and smokes, whereby the size of the units is kept as small as possible.
The devices are delivered ready for connection with an integrated fan. The stable and
torsion-free housing is made of sheet steel with a powder coating acc. to TRAUB specification.
The service door is fitted with screw plugs. A door position switch cuts off the control volta-
ge on all poles when the door is opened and ensures safe working on the device.
The housing has smooth internal surfaces.
