The electrostatic collectors must be
inspected weekly and cleaned if necessary
In order to ensure the perfect operation of the electrostatic collectors in the long term,
they should be inspected
For this purpose, remove the collectors from the device. (Safety instructions must be observed!)
Clean them with machine cleaning agent or another suitable fat solvent
(we recommend the biological oil remover Oil-Free V2000, supplier: Co. SARTORIUS

Allow the cleaning agent to react for some time and then remove any dirt using a smooth
brush or paintbrush. After that, rinse the collectors thoroughly with clear water. It is

They may not be sticky or incrusted. Make sure that the plates and ionization wires are not
damaged through mechanical action. In case of severe contamination, repeat the process.
Dry the collectors with compressed air after cleaning. After reinsertion of the collectors into
the device, put the device into operation and

The filter top and bottom can be removed for intense cleaning. If you want to do this you
must remove the back panel U first.
