Con pomello sull'lndlce 1 alllneato con II foro piu grande aperte, inserire fino a battuta il gruppo
valvola di fondo (301) nel portaru" o ta. Orientarlo con il riferimento ·1 • allineato con l'indice fisso del
portaruota.

Avec le pommeau sur ta reference 1 alignee av'ec l'orifice de passage de l'huile ayant le plus grand
diametre ouvert, introduire le groupe soupape de pied (301) dans le fourreau jusqu'a la limite.
L'orienter avec la reference ·1· allgnee avec la reference fixe du fourreau.

Grundventileinheit (301) bis zum Anschlag in das Gleitrohr einführen. Ihn dann mit dem Bezugspunkt
"1" auf Flucht mit dem Festzeiger drehen.

Svitare completamente II grano (314) dal portaruota e applicare Loctite 270 sul filetto. Avvitare fino
a battuta (senza forzare), con chiave per esagoni interni da 2 mm, detto grano e poi svitarlo di 1/
4 dl giro per permettere alla valvola dl ruotare.

Loosen the dowel (314) and remove it from the slider. Apply Loctite 270 on the thread. Tighten the
dowel until (nottoo tight) with a 2-mm Allen wrench, then turn it out by 1 /4 of a turn so valve can rotate.

Devissez completement la vis sans täte (314) du fourreau et appliquez le Loctite 270 sur le filet.
Vissez cette vls Jusqu'a la limlte (sans forcer) avec une cle pour hexagones internes de 2 mm, puis
devlssez-la sur 1/4 de tour pour permettre a la valve de tourner.

Den Stift (314) ganz aus dem Gleitrohr herausschrauben und Loctite 270 auf dessen Gewinde
auftragen. Diesen Stift mit einem 2mm-lnnensechskant-Schlü ßel bis zum Anschlag (ohne dabei zu
pressen).einschrauben, anschließend um eine 1/4 Drehung lockern, um dem Ventil dadurch das
Drehen zu ermöglichen.

Montare sul tubo portante (1'9) opportunamente lubrificato, l'anello di battuta (315), l'anello OR (86)
e il supporto boccola (141) completo dl boccola; quest'ultimo deve presentare la cava dell'OR rivolta
versa l'anello di battuta.
lnserire il gruppo appena composto nel portaruota portandolo a battuta.

Lubricate the retalning ring (315), the 0-ring (86) and the pilot boss holder (141) complete with boss
and mount them on the stanchion tube. The boss holder must have the 0-ring groove facing the
retalning ring.
Fit this assembly lnto the slider.

Monter sur le tube porteur (19), lubrifie de maniere adequate, l'anneau de butee (315), le joint torique
(86) et le support de douille (141) avec la douille; ce support doit presenter la cavite du joint torique
tournee vers l'anneau de butee.
Assembler le groupe, puis l'introduire jusqu'a la limite dans le fourreau.
