lnfilare la boccola B (Art. 109) nel portaruota, fino al punto in cui l'anello di tenuta della boccola stessa
risulti inserito nella parte superiore del portaruota.
lnserire la parte inferiore del portaruota (24-25) nell'asola inferiore dell'attrezzatura (Art. 113).
lnfilare il perno del braccio superlore nel tappo (17) poi spingere detto braccio fino ad onenere
l'estrazione dell'anello di tenuta (22) dal portaruota.
Se non sl dispone dell'attrezzatura indicata utilizzare, per esercitare la pressione. un trapano a
colonna o una pressa.

Insert the oil control bushing B (ltem 109) intE> the slider and check that the bushing oil seal is
mounted on the top of the slider.
Put the lower side of the slider (24-25) into the lower slot of the tooling (ltem 113).
Insert the axle of the top arm into the plug (17} and push the arm until the oil seal (22) comes out
of the slider.
lt you do not have the tool mentioned above, use a pillar drill or a press.

Enfiler l'entretoise B (rat. 109) dans le fourreau de fagon que le joint d'etancheite soit monte sur le
haut du fourreau enfiler le fond du fourreau dans l'encreinure inferieure de l'outil (ref. 113) .
lntroduire la contrepointe du bras superieur dans le bouchon (17) et le pousser vers le bas 1usqu·a
faire sortir le joint d'etancheite (22) du tourreau.
Utiliser, pour exercer la pression si l'on ne dispose pas de l'outillage preconise, une perceuse il
colonne ou une presse.

Die Buchse B (Art. 1 09) bis zu dem Punkt, an dem sich ihr Dichtungsring in den oberen Teil des
Gleitrohrs einlegt, in das Gleitrohr einführen.
Den unteren Teil des Gleitrohrs (24-25) in die untere Öffnung der Vorrichtung (Art. 113} einführen.
Den Stift des oberen Arms in den Verschluß (17} einführen, dann diesen Arm, bis zum Herauskommen
des Dichtungsringes (22) aus dem Gleitrohr, niederdrücken.
Falls man nicht über die angegebe Vorrichtung verfügt, kann man zur Druckerzeugung auch eine
Säulenbohrmaschine oder eine Presse verwenden.

completa di boccola, l'anello OR (86) e l'anello di battuta (315). Esaminare i componenti rimossi per
poterne stabilire l'usura.

stanchion tube. Check the parts you have just removed for wear.

turn it out a tewtimes without removing it completely from the slider.

sur quelques tours sans l'enlever du fourreau.

Mit einem Schlüßel für lnnensechskantschrauben von 2 mm den Stift (314) aufschrauben. Es reicht
aus, ihn um einige Umdrehungen zu lockern, ohne ihn dabei vom Gleitrohr nehmen zu müssen.
