BETRIEB, INTERNE STEUEREINHEIT UND FERNBEDIENUNG

General Description of Control Unit (principle)

As Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), ref. Abschnitt 1.5.1, Seite 12 of the
non-condensables NC-Purger shows, there are 3 PT's;

Apart from these 3 pressures also several integrated timers are applied to control
the unit;

Beside the controls also 2 hour counters are integrated; 1 for the time that the
compressor is running and 1 for the time that the purge valve is open.
If the amount of NC-gases require, the purge valve to be opened again it will be
done so, until all NC-gases are purged or until the signal of the clock timer beco-
mes low, after which the actual cycle that might still be running is allowed to be
completed, but the compressor is not allowed to start again as long as the clock
timer signal is low (default values for 'clock timer signal = high' and 'clock timer
signal = low' are 45 min. resp. 18 hrs ).

The PT LP measures the suction pressure (LP stands for Low Pressure) of
the closed R290 circuit
PT CP measures the condensing pressure (CP stands for Condensing Press-
ure ) of the closed R290 circuit.
The PT HP measures the pressure in the ammonia (NH
integrated heat exchanger. These 3 pressures are used to control the NC-
Purger.
A clock timer that determines when the NC-Purger is allowed to initially start
its cycle
A timer that determines how long the purge valve is allowed to stay open
(security measure, not shown in the graph below)

Da der Standort von NC-Entlüfteraggregat (mit eingebauter Steuerein-
heit) und Fernbedienung vom Kunden frei gewählt werden können, ist
für die Verbindung zwischen Fernbedienung und Steuereinheit kein
Netzwerkkabel erforderlich und nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Unten finden Sie die Spezifikation des benötigten Netzwerkkabels und
die Verbindungsanweisungen.
