The desk does not reach the intended end height, but instead always stops at the same height
Possible causes
A stop position was set
Note: The PowerFail Detection of the motor control unit detects power failures and saves all
the relevant data before the voltage drops below a critical level.
In some exceptional cases, it is not possible to save the data.
A manual reset is necessary to rectify this error (see Section 5).
Note: If the power fails or the mains cable is unplugged during the height adjustment, a manual
reset may be necessary.
If an error cannot be rectified as described, unplug the mains plug, wait for several minutes and then try
initialising the desk again!
If an error still occurs repeatedly, disconnect the desk from the mains and contact the Customer Service team.

Rectification
A control element with memory function (optional) is
necessary for deactivation. Press and hold the "M" button
until the LED display shows "S -" flashing. Then release the
button. Within 5 seconds, press and hold the "M" button again
for 2 seconds. The LED display switches to "555" and then
automatically to the height display. The stop position has now
been removed.
