Caution: The desks are not designed for continuous operation. The height of the desktop may
not be adjusted without interruption for longer than the duty cycle indicated on the motor
control unit's nameplate. The motor control unit deactivates itself for a short regeneration
period if that duration is exceeded.
Caution: The motor control unit may only be operated at the mains voltage specified on the
motor control unit's nameplate as a matter of principle!
Before putting the desk into operation, check whether the mains voltage on the motor control
unit's nameplate corresponds to your mains voltage!
Danger: This device may be used by children aged 8 or above and by persons with physical,
sensory or mental impairments or a lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or
instructed in the safe use of the device and understand the potential danger resulting from
such use.
Danger: Children may not play with the device!
Danger: Cleaning and user maintenance may not be carried out by unsupervised children.
Caution: Only use the power supply cable provided! Ensure that the power supply cable is not
damaged. The desk may not be operated with a damaged power supply cable!
Caution: Before connecting and disconnecting drives, control elements or other accessories to
and from the motor control unit, you must disconnect the power supply cable from the mains.
Caution: Only use original accessories. The use of parts and components from third-party
suppliers is prohibited!
The desk could be damaged or destroyed if unsuitable accessories are used.
Caution: If a fault occurs (e.g. the desktop moves in an unintended way when a button on the
control element becomes jammed, for example), please unplug the mains plug immediately!
Danger: Protect the desk and particularly all the electrical components on the desk from
moisture, dripping water and splashing water!
Danger: There is a crushing hazard when the desktop position is changed! For that reason,
ensure that no objects or persons are in the danger zone and that nobody reaches into the
danger zone!
Due to the collision protection integrated in the motor control unit, solid objects are usually
detected, but the crushing hazard for persons still exists! The collision protection provides
system protection, NOT personal protection!
Caution: Conversions to the desk components, including the motor control unit and the
controls, are prohibited!
