1.5.2 Before installation, uninstallation or troubleshooting
•
Stop the desk.
Note: Switch off the power supply and unplug the mains cable!
•
Remove any weight from the desk.
•
The electrical equipment may only be opened or replaced by a qualified electrician.
•
Do not operate the desk in damp places such as bathrooms.
•
The desk may not be used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
1.5.3 Before putting the desk into operation
•
Ensure that the desk was assembled in compliance with these instructions.
•
Check whether the desk's operating voltage corresponds to the local power supply.
(See nameplate on the control unit, standard = 230 V)
•
Establish plug connections from the operating unit and the side elements to the control unit.
•
Plug in the control unit's mains cable.
1.5.4 During operation
•
If the drives or the control unit emit(s) unusual noises or odors during operation, disconnect the power
supply.
•
Ensure that the cables are not damaged.
•
Care must be taken to ensure that no objects or body parts can get caught when the desk is in operation.
•
All moving parts of the desk must be at a distance of at least 25 mm from adjacent components.
•
Electrical wiring must not be exposed to a crushing hazard, bending load or tensile load.
