Warranty

We provide a 24-month warranty for these desks. The warranty covers all material and production defects and
applies as of the production date (see nameplate). The warranty only applies under the condition that the
desks were assembled and used appropriately and correctly within the scope of the described parameters,
that maintenance was performed correctly, and that repairs were only carried out by authorised service
personnel.
The desk must not be handled or used inappropriately and must not be modified, otherwise the warranty shall
be rendered invalid. For further information, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

Maintenance/cleaning

Remove dust and dirt from the desk regularly, particularly from the guide tubes, and ensure that there is no
damage or cracking.
Check regularly that all the fastening screws, cables and plugs are secure and that the desk is working properly.
Danger: The control unit, the operating unit and the desk may only be cleaned with a dry or
slightly damp cloth. Danger for persons!
Caution: Aggressive cleaning products can cause damage to or discolouration of the product.
Therefore, only cleaning products with a pH value of 6 to 8 may be used.
Danger: No liquid may enter the system (control unit, operating unit, cables and frame). Danger
for persons!

Assembly

Only the screws provided may be used for the assembly of your desk.
Caution: The wrong screws can cause damage to your desk.
Danger: During desk assembly, the mains cable of the motor control unit must be disconnected
from the mains!
Caution: Before assembling and putting the desk into operation, ensure that the product has
been acclimatised for operation at the temperature and humidity values indicated in the
technical data!
