WARTUNG
Verbrennung
Die Abgase der Verbrennung analysieren.
Bemerkenswerte Abweichungen im Vergleich
zur vorherigen †berprŸfung zeigen die Stelle
an, wo die Wartung aufmerksamer ausgefŸhrt
werden soll.
Gasundichtigkeiten
Die ZŠhler-Brenner-Leitung auf Gasundichtig-
keiten kontrollieren.
GasÞlter
Verschmutzten GasÞlter austauschen.
Flammkopf
Den Brenner šffnen und ŸberprŸfen, ob alle
Flammkopfteile unversehrt, nicht durch hohe
Temperatur verformt, ohne Schmutzteile aus der
Umgebung und richtig positioniert sind.
UV Zelle
Das Glas von eventuellem Staub befreien.
Dazu die zwei Klemmschrauben 2)(A) der Hal-
terung 1)(A) lockern, die Photozelle drehen und
herausnehmen.
Strom an der UV-Zelle (B)
Mindestwert fŸr korrekten Betrieb: 70 mA.
Sollte der Wert darunter liegen, so kann dies fol-
gende Ursachen haben:
¥ Zelle verbraucht;
¥ zu niedrige Spannung (unter 187 V);
¥ schlechte Einstellung des Brenners.
Zur Messung einen Mikroamp•remeter fŸr 100
mA c.c. verwenden, mit der Zelle reihengeschal-
tet, mit einem 100 mF - 1V c.c. Kondensator,
zum Instrument parallelgeschaltet. Siehe Abb.
(B).
Brenner
Es ist zu ŸberprŸfen, ob ungewšhnlicher Ver-
schlei§ oder die Lockerung der Schrauben vor-
liegen.
Den Brenner von au§en reinigen.
Verbrennung
Sollten die am Anfang des Eingriffs angetroffe-
nen Verbrennungswerte nicht mit den gŸltigen
Vorschriften Ÿbereinstimmen oder einer guten
Verbrennung nicht entsprechen, so wenden Sie
sich zur DurchfŸhrung der notwendigen Einstel-
lungen bitte an den Technischen Kundendienst.
Anmerkung
Es wird empfohlen, den Brenner je nach benutz-
tem Gastyp gemŠ§ den Angaben in der Tabelle
(D) einzustellen.

- Spannung unterbrechen.
- Die Zugstange 1) des Hebels zur Kopfbewe-
gung entfernen.
- Die Schrauben 3) abnehmen.
- Die Schrauben 2) und die Brennerverkleidung
abnehmen.
Nun kann der Brenner am Scharnier gešffnet
werden.

MAINTENANCE
Combustion
The optimum calibration of the burner requires
an analysis of the ßue gases. SigniÞcant differ-
ences with respect to the previous measure-
ments indicate the points where more care
should be exercised during maintenance.
Gas leaks
Make sure that there are no gas leaks on the
pipework between the gas meter and the burner.
Gas Þlter
Change the gas Þlter when it is dirty.
Combustion head
Open the burner and make sure that all compo-
nents of the combustion head are in good condi-
tion, not deformed by the high temperatures,
free of impurities from the surroundings and cor-
rectly positioned.
UV cell
Clean the glass cover from any dust that may
have accumulated.
To do so, loosen the two screws 2) (A) fastening
the support 1) (A), rotate the cell and remove it.
Current to the UV photocell (B)
Min value for a good work: 70 mA.
If the value is lower, it can depend on:
¥ exhausted photocell;
¥ low current (lower than 187 V);
¥ bad regulation of the burner.
In order to measure the current, use a microam-
meter of 100 mA c.c., connected to the photocell,
as in the scheme, with a capacitor of 100 mF -
1V c.c. at the same level of the instrument. See
Þg. (B).
Burner
Check for excess wear or loose screws.
Clean the outside of the burner.
Combustion
In case the combustion values found at the
beginning of the intervention do not respect the
standards in force or, in any case, do not corre-
spond to a proper combustion, contact
Technical Assistant and have him carry out the
necessary adjustments.
Note
We recommend calibrating the burner - depend-
ing on the type of gas utilised - according to the
indications given in table (D).
TO OPEN THE BURNER (C):
- Switch off the electrical power.
- Remove the stay rod (1) of the lever for move-
ment of combustion head.
- Remove screws 3).
- Remove screws 2) and withdraw the cover.
At this point it is possible to open the burner at
the hinge.

Combustion
Pour obtenir un rŽglage optimal du bržleur, il
faut effectuer l'analyse des gaz d'Žchappement
de la combustion ˆ la sortie de la chaudi•re. Les
diffŽrences signiÞcatives par rapport au contr™le
prŽcŽdent indiqueront les points o• l'opŽration
d'entretien devra •tre plus approfondie.
Fuites de gaz
Contr™ler l'absence de fuites de gaz sur le con-
duit compteur-bržleur.
Filtre du gaz
Remplacer le Þltre du gaz lorsqu'il est encrassŽ.
T•te de combustion
Ouvrir le bržleur et contr™ler si toutes les parties
de la t•te de combustion sont intactes, ne sont
pas dŽformŽes par les tempŽratures ŽlevŽes,
sont exemptes d'impuretŽs provenant du milieu
ambiant et positionnŽes correctement.
Cellule UV
Enlever Žventuellement la poussi•re de la vitre.
Pour effectuer cette opŽration, desserrer les
deux vis 2)(A) qui fixent le support 1)(A), tourner
la cellule photoŽlectrique et lÕextraire.
Courant a la cellule UV (B)
Valeur minimale pour un bon fonctionnement:
70 mA.
Si la valeur est infŽrieure, la cause peut dŽpen-
dre des facteurs suivants:
¥ cellule dŽchargŽe;
¥ tension infŽrieure ˆ 187 V);
¥ mauvais rŽglage du bržleur.
Pour la mesure, utiliser un micro-amp•rem•tre
de 100 mA c.c., reliŽ en sŽrie ˆ la cellule, selon
le schŽma, avec un condensateur de 100 mF -
1V c.c. en parall•le ˆ l'instrument. Voir Þg. (B).
Bržleur
VŽriÞer qu'il n'y ait pas d'usure anormale ou de
vis desserrŽes.
Nettoyer extŽrieurement le bržleur.
Combustion
the
Si les valeurs de la combustion relevŽes au
dŽbut de lÕintervention ne satisfont pas aux nor-
mes en vigueur ou ne permettent pas une
bonne combustion, contacter le Service apr•s-
vente pour quÕil effectue les rŽglages qui sÕimpo-
sent.
Note
Il est conseillŽ de rŽgler le bržleur selon le type
de gaz utilisŽ, voir les indications fournies dans
le tableau (D).
POUR OUVRIR LE BRULEUR (C):
- Couper la tension.
- Enlever le tirant 1) du levier du mouvement de
la t•te.
- Retirer les vis 3).
- Retirer les vis 2) et extraire le coffret.
On peut alors ouvrir le bržleur sur la charni•re.
