Food dehydrator Vigan Mammoth ESP4DG – powerful hot air food dehydrator in a new elegant
design - cabinet with front lockable door, LED display with convenient touch control on the dehydra-
tor lid, power 400 W, guarantees fast and efficient drying of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, various
types of meat, herbs and other crops, suitable even for the production of homemade yogurt, natural
preservative dehydration ensures the preservation of high content of vitamins, trace elements and
minerals (up to about 97% of the original amount), all without the use of chemicals, very quiet op-
eration, temperature setting from 35–70 °C and time from 1 to 24 hours with a single touch, 6 metal
trays measuring 297,5 x 249 mm for better drying results, lower tray for capturing juice from dried
food, front door with a transparent window allows better control of the drying process and condition
of dried food, patented air distribution system, integrated rear fan for better air circulation, even heat
distribution on all trays for a perfect drying result. The opaque design of the cabinet prevents direct
access of light and thus ensures the content of nutrient retention in dried food, protection against
overheating, anti-slip feet for perfect stability, supply cable length 1 m, very simple adjustment and
operation, audible alarm after drying and automatic shut-off.
