Emergency Lowering Mechanism
If it is no longer possible to lower the seat frame any further
using the hand control, the seat frame can be lowered using
the emergency lowering mechanism.

5.5 Engaging/Disengaging the Castor Locks

CAUTION!
Risk of Trapping/Squeezing
All castor locks are foot-operated.
– Do not operate the castor locks by hand.

1. To lock the castor locks step on the rear end of the
pedal A until it engages.
The castor is now locked in position and cannot
swivel any longer.
2. To unlock the castor locks step on the front end of the
pedal until it disengages.
Castor with blue pedal (option directional lock)
engages the swivel lock for easier straight movement.
