Check that the water is free to circulate in
the stove and in the system, for example by
checking the shut-off valves. Let the stove
cool down, reset the reset thermostat, reset
the alarm and turn the appliance back on; if
the problem persists, contact the technical
assistance service
Close the combustion chamber door, the ash
drawer or the hopper lid
Check the plumbing system
Change the type of pellets with one recom-
mended by the manufacturer
Adjust the "AIR-PELLET SET" setting: de-
