Check the following:
- Fan settings
(to low?)
- Supply valve's
(to far closed?)
- Supply air ducts
(blockages?)
- Version settings
(P57 correct value?)

Preheater element
becomes too hot.

(T1 > 40 C)
Remove the handles
from the ComfoAir.
Remove the filters from
the ComfoAir.
Release the front panel
by unscrewing the
screws.
Slide the front panel
upwards and remove
the front panel from
the ComfoAir.
Release the cover panel
by unscrewing
the screws
Remove the cover
panel.
Remove the screw from
the electronics carriage
and pull the electronics
carriage carefully
forwards.
Activate the self-test
(P76 on 1)
Did
the preheater
element valve open
and close?
Risk of electrocution.
No
Disconnect the
power from the
ComfoAir.
Refit the (cog of
the) preheater
element motor.
Install all parts in
reverse order.
Reconnect the
power to the
ComfoAir.
Replace cog if it is
worn-out.
