Vor allen Instandsetzungs arbeiten
Energiezuführungen (Hauptschalter etc.)
abschalten! Außerdem sind Maßnahmen
vorzusehen,
die ein unbeabsichtigtes
Wiedereinschalten verhindern, z. B.
Warnschild am Haupt schalter anbringen!
Wird die BS 2/C-250 zu den
Instandsetzungsarbeiten aus der
Strecke ST 2 ausgebaut, ist eine
Transportsicherung (s. Fig. 1)
anzubringen!

nicht zulässig!

Vier Sechskantschrauben M6x18
(SW10) am Flansch lösen.

Getriebemotor von der
Sechskantkupplung abziehen.

Stopfen vom defekten
Getriebemotor entfernen und am
neuen Getriebemotor anbringen.

Neuen Getriebemotor auf Kupp-
lung stecken (dabei nicht verkan-
ten), Gewindebolzen der 4 Sechs-
kantschrauben M6x18 in
Gewindelöchern M6 des Getrie-
bes mit Sechskantschlüssel SW10
befestigen (Anzugsdrehmoment
20 Nm).
Die Nabe des neuen Getriebe-
motors ist werkseitig gefettet.
Prior to any repair work, disconnect
energy sources (main switch, etc.)!
In addition, take precautions to prevent
inadvertent restoration of power, e.g.,
place a warning sign at the main switch!
If the BS 2/C-250 is removed from
section ST 2 for maintenance work, a
transport retainer (see Fig. 1) must be
attached!

Separating the motor and gear is not
permitted!

Loosen four M6x18 hex screws
(SW10) at the fl ange.

Remove the gear motor from the
hex shaft.

Remove the plugs from the
defective gear motor and install
them in the new gear motor.

Place the new gear motor on the
coupling (without tilting it) and
fasten the threaded bolts of the
four M6x18 hex screws in the M6
threaded holes of the gear using
an SW10 hex wrench (tightening
torque 20 Nm).
The new gear motor's hub has been
pre-greased at the factory.

在所有的维修工作开始前，必须切断所
有的能源供给 (主开关等)！
另外，还必须采取相应的措施防止意外
重新接通，例如，在主开关旁加上警
告牌！
如果进行维修工作时要把 BS 2/C-250
从输送段 ST 2 中拆下，必须装上一个
运输防护 (见 Fig. 1)！

拆下在法兰上的四个外六角螺栓

从外六角联轴器上取下减速电机。

将塞堵从损坏的减速电机上取下，

并安在新减速电机上。
将新减速电机套在联轴器上 (不

要偏斜卡住)，将 4 个外六角螺栓
M6x18 的螺纹旋入减速器的 M6 螺
纹孔中，并用外六角扳手 SW10 拧
紧 (拧紧力矩 20 Nm)。
新减速电机出厂时已经上好润滑
脂。
