ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Epoxy can cause allergic reactions when in direct contact with
body.
CAUTION: There may be a cutting hazard due to sharp edges or
splinters on the device.
Attaching pyramid (Flex-Run Junior and Flex-Run)
If the foot is supplied without an adapter a suitable Össur adapter set
must be used – see table below for compatibility.
WARNING: Do not exceed adapter weight limit - see table below.
Attachment plate must be added when using male or female adapter.
Roughen top surface of the foot and attachment plate.
Mix epoxy and apply to contact surfaces on foot and attachment plate.
Bond both parts together and clamp securely using a center bolt and the
adapter.
After resin has set, remove bolt and adapter, then trim off excess resin
Clean parts, assemble, using threadlocker and torque as per following
specifications.
