To stop searching before a station is received, press the same button you have pressed
for searching.

To tune in a particular frequency without searching

1 Press FM/AM repeatedly to select the band (FM or AM).
2 Press and hold
Now you can manually change the frequency while "Manual" is flashing.

• If you hold down the button, the frequency keeps changing (in 50 kHz intervals for FM and
9 kHz intervals for AM–MW/LW) until you release the button.
To tune in FM stations only with strong signals
Press LO/RPT (Local/Repeat) so that "Local On" appears on the display.
Each time you press the button, "Local On" and "Local Off" alternates.
To tune in all receivable FM stations, press LO/RPT (Local/Repeat) again so that "Local
Off" appears.
Note:
This function only works while searching FM stations including SSM preset (see page 7).

Select the band (FM1, FM2, FM3 or AM).
You can select any one of FM1, FM2, and FM3 to listen to an
FM station.
