Troubleshooting

WARNING!
Improper use, faulty electrical installation or excessive mains voltage may result in
an electric shock or short-circuiting.
Never try to repair a defective or suspected defective appliance yourself. You can
put your own and future users' lives in danger. Only authorised specialists are al-
lowed to carry out this repair work.
Do not continue to cook if you find cracks in the glass ceramic. Water that runs
through cracks into the hob may be live and can cause electric shock! Immediately
disconnect the hob from the mains (switch off and/or unscrew fuses) and contact
our Service Centre (see „Service department" on page EN-27).

Do not shut off power to the hob while the fan is running.
The induction hobs do not recognise the cookware because it is not
suitable for induction hobs. Select suitable cookware (see „The right
cookware" on page EN-10).

small for the selected cooking zone/area or because it is not centred
on the cooking zone/area.
