When using the telescopic tube:
1. Connect the supplied adapter to the
sampling hose of the telescopic tube.
2. Insert the adapter correctly in the gas
inlet of the analyzer. Press the adapter
slightly while at the same time turning it
1/4 turn.
3. Slide the analyzer switch to position 1.
The analyzer performs a self-test and
detects the attached Remote System.
4. Insert the chip.
Do not slide the analyzer switch to
position 2 before the flushing phase is
completed!
The flushing phase prevents any dilution
of the sample gas concentration.
The following messages alternate on the
display:
Example:
– gas or vapor to be measured:
Ammonia
measuring range: 10 to 150 ppm
or
status: Pump on 00:12
–
the pump has been on for
12 seconds
– prompt: Start 2 ↓
5. After the flushing phase is completed,
slide the analyzer switch to position 2.
