If applicable in your production environment use a mixture of 70 % isopropyl alcohol and 30 % deionized water for
carefully lubricating the sensor O-rings prior to the insertion into the Eldon James port.
Remove the retainer ring from the sensor. Push the sensor all the way into the port until the sensor flange is flush
with the port rim. This is ideally done with a slight twisting motion to facilitate the insertion.

NOTICE: Make sure that the O-rings are still located completely in their grooves after this insertion procedure.
If this is not the case, pull the sensor out of the port, reposition the O-rings and repeat the insertion procedure.
Shoulder
Correct sensor and O-ring positions after sensor insertion into an Eldon James port.
Push the retainer ring over the sensor flange and port shoulder until it clicks into place.
Correct position of the retainer ring on sensor and bag port.
