Emptying the liquid container by
tilting
(Device with tilting device Tc)

1. Switch the device off and disconnect it
from the power supply.
2. Move the device to the waste water tank.
3. Take the drum pump out of the stand
pipe.

4. Remove the suction head and the pre-
liminary filter cover (see chapter Remov-
ing the suction head / preliminary filter
cover).
5. Remove all accessory parts.
6. Prepare the liquid container for empty-
ing:
a Open the lock of the liquid container.

7. Tip the container with the push handle.

8. Dispose of or reuse the contents in ac-
cordance with statutory regulations.
9. Replace and lock the suction head and
the preliminary filter cover.

Note
Secure the disposal hose in the holder
when not in use.

1. Only when emptying after vacuuming
operations:
a Switch the device off and disconnect it
from the power supply.
b Move the device to the waste water
tank.
2. Connect the disposal hose to the waste
water tank.
3. Plug in the mains plug of the drum
pump.
4. Switch the drum pump on at the on/off
switch.
Note
Avoid dry running the drum pump.
Do not leave the drum pump unattended.
5. Adjust the flow rate with the +/- button.

Note
Only when emptying during vacuuming
operations:
Select the flow rate according to the vacu-
umed amount.
6. Dispose of or reuse the contents in ac-
cordance with statutory regulations.
Cleaning the liquid container

Note
Bacterial contamination may occur through
the use of water-based cooling lubricants.
Wear suitable protective clothing when re-
moving deposits.
1. Empty the container.
2. Remove deposits in the container.
3. Dispose of the deposits in accordance
with the applicable regulations.
4. Remove chippings and deposits from
the support plates.

1. Switch off the device and disconnect
from the power supply.
2. Open the lock for the suction head.

3. Open the lock for the preliminary filter
cover.
4. Remove the suction head and the pre-
liminary filter cover and put to one side.

Finishing operation

1. Switch off the device using the on/off
switch
2. Empty and clean the liquid container.
3. Remove the accessories and clean and
dry them as necessary.
Note
Empty the vacuum cleaner after every use.
Allow the vacuum cleaner to dry with the
container open.
