16. Warranty policy

In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, we
grant a two-year warranty on all products supplied
by us� Unusable or defective parts will be repaired or
replaced free of charge during the warranty period� The
warranty shall exclude design-related modifications�
interco GmbH does not assume any liability for dam-
ages resulting from the combination of our products
with third-party products of any kind, unless our com-
pany has given its express approval for such a product
combination�
Furthermore, warranty also excludes any defects oc-
curring as the result of normal wear, excessive stress,
violent and willful damage, as well as inappropriate
use� Warranty obligations shall cease to apply if origi-
nal interco replacement parts are not used for repairs
and if repairs and modifications are not performed by
interco� The installation of additional parts or changes
to the interco products by others than the manufac-
turer are not permitted and can be subject to legal

On receipt of this form, we will grant an extended warranty for your SKIPPY

Certain screws and nuts on your interco product may
become loose when the product is used� Re-tighten
these at periodic intervals or arrange to have this done
by your local dealer or by interco�

Expiry of the manufacturer's warranty
The product must be checked regu-
larly – at least once a year – as part of a (payable)
service� Otherwise interco GmbH cannot provide
any warranty�
interco cannot grant warranty if third party com-
ponents (not manufactured by interco) are used
without authorization by interco�
