Clean synthetic leather covers with a cloth and com-
mercially available mild soap solution�
Spacer fabrics/mesh material
Wash removable covers made of spacer fabrics/mesh
material at a maximum of 30 °C in the washing machine
with the delicates program�
Supra-tex
interco uses Supra-tex for the arm rests� Clean these
regularly with a cloth and commercially available mild
soapy water�
Neoprene
Wash removable fixation aids made of neoprene at a
maximum of 30 °C in the washing machine� Use a mild
liquid detergent or a commercially available neoprene
detergent� Use a gentle wash cycle and do not spin-dry
the neoprene covers� Then hang up the covers wet to
dry�
Trevira CS (fabrics)
Removable covers made of Trevira CS can be dry
cleaned� Washing under easy-care conditions at 60°C
is possible� Do not dry and do not iron!
Dartex
Test washed by the manufacturer at temperatures
between 40 and 95 °C�
Accessory components made of metal, plastic, wood
Please clean accessory components with a conven-
tional mild household soap solution�
11.1.3. Disinfection of the product
Please use a water-based agent for disinfection of
the product, e�g� Terralin, Quartamon Med or Sagro-
tan Original concentrate� Please observe the manu-
facturer's instructions for use when doing so� When
disinfecting the fabrics, also follow the instructions
of the fabric manufacturer regarding the use of brand
name disinfectants�
Rinse off all detergents and disinfectants thoroughly
and leave the cleaned object to dry completely before
use� If this is neglected, this can lead to chemical reac-
tions making the material brittle or lead to skin irrita-
tions of the patient�

Important!
No disinfectants for synthetic leather/skai
Synthetic leather covers/skai covers
may not be cleaned with disinfecting agents, as
the material gets porous over time and cracks�
Note!
Wipe disinfection
If wipe disinfection is necessary, use a
disinfectant that is suitable for surface disinfec-
tion according to the DGH disinfectant list�
11.2. Maintenance
Your interco product is checked by trained and qualified
employees for proper functioning and freedom from
defects before being handed over to the user� To
ensure safe use of the product over its entire service
life (according to the manufacturer from min� 2 years
to max� 6 years) and to ensure a perfect technical
condition, it must be maintained (every 6 months) and
inspected (every 12 month) regularly according to the
following maintenance and service plans�
Note!
Changing settings
The changing of settings (other than
those described in Section 7) is only permitted for
qualified and trained personnel!
Incorrect settings by the user, operator or laypersons
bear the risk of injuries or crushing, which in a worst
case scenario could lead to the patient's death!
During normal use, you should regularly check the
interco product for damage and the perfect working
condition of all components�
