Failure Display and Inspection
The induction hob is equipped with a self diagnostic function. With this test the
technician is able to check the function of several components without disassembling or
dismounting the hob from the working surface.
Error Code Possible causes
F3 / F4 Temperature sensor of the
induction coil failure.
F9/FA Temperature sensor of the
IGBT failure.
E1 / E2 Abnormal supply voltage.
E3 High temperature of the
induction coil temperature
sensor.
E5 High temperature of the IGBT
temperature sensor.
CAUTION
Risk of injury! Please do not disassemble the unit by yourself to avoid
any dangers and damages to the induction hob.

Please inspect whether power
supply is normal. Power on
after the power supply is
normal.
Please contact the supplier.
Please restart after the hob
cools down.
