Switching off
There are two ways to switch off the SUPER
COOL and SUPER FRZ. functions:
– To switch off "Quick freezing" and "Quick
refrigerating" at the same time, press the
MODE button (19) until the indicators
SUPER COOL (17) and SUPER FRZ. (16)
are no longer shown on the display.
– To switch off one of the two functions but
keep the other, proceed as described in
the sections "Quick freezing" on page EN-16
and "Quick refrigerating" on page EN-17.
AUTO
You can set the appliance to automatically
cool the fridge to +5 °C and the freezer to
–18 °C.
If you switch off the AUTO function,
the temperature setting automatically
returns to the preset values.
Switching on
1. Unlock the control panel (see "Unlock/
lock the control panel" on page EN-13).
2. Press the MODE button (19) until the
AUTO indicator (15) appears on the dis-
play.
Switching off
• Press the MODE
AUTO indicator (15) goes out.

Holiday mode

WARNING
Health hazard!
Stored food can spoil from insufficient
cooling. This could lead to a risk of food
poisoning when consumed.
■ Note that the shelf life of stored food
may be shortened due to a rise in the
temperature inside the appliance.
■ Remove stored food from the appli-
ance – even when only switching off
the appliance temporarily – and store
it in a sufficiently cool place or in an-
other refrigerating appliance.
■ Consume thawed and defrosted
foods immediately, do not refreeze.
You can switch off the fridge (e.g. while on
holiday) without interrupting the power sup-
ply. The freezer will stay cold. The tempera-
ture in the freezer remains unchanged.
