instructions / recommendations from NITEHOG in the operating manual or
other warning / information texts are not followed;
b)
The product is damaged or modified by the customer or other articles not
approved by NITEHOG are connected to the product or built into the product,
which has a negative effect on the operation of the product;
c)
The damage consists of loss of recording media and loss of data.
5.
COUNTRIES COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
This guarantee is only valid in the territory of the European Union.
6.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
If your product fails or has errors, please first read the "Troubleshooting" section in your
product manual. If you think the product is defective, first contact the seller from whom
you have purchased the device, NITEHOG or an authorized service center. You can find
the contact details on the website or in the documents supplied with the product.
You must observe the terms of the warranty. Please send the defective product only after
receiving written shipping instructions from NITEHOG or an authorized service provider.
When requesting a warranty repair, please provide full error details for the product. If
no details of the error are known, the product is thoroughly examined and tested. If no
error is found, it is returned. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee based on the
actual effort invested in each product in which no defect is recognizable.
The warranty can only be provided upon presentation of:

Original proof of purchase stating the date of purchase of the product, product
type, serial number and dealer name (invoice / proof of purchase) and
•
The properly completed warranty card.
NITEHOG may, at its own discretion, repair its products or replace them with new or
reconditioned parts or products with a new level of performance and reliability. NITEHOG
can also replace a product with another, equivalent model if the customer's specific
product is no longer being manufactured. Reconditioned parts or products will only be
used if permitted by the law of the country in which the warranty applies.
NITEHOG is entitled but not obliged to provide the customer with a loan device for the
duration of the repair (e.g. in the event of an extended repair time, replacement of
critical assemblies, etc.). The loaner device may not match the customer's product.
NITEHOG reserves the right to refuse warranty service and request the customer to pay
the relevant parts and labour costs, as well as shipping costs, if the defect is not covered
by these warranty conditions, the original proof of purchase and warranty card cannot
be presented, the information in the mentioned documents is incomplete or illegible
