3. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
• Necessary maintenance outside of the rectification of defects and regular
checks,
• Normal wear and tear when repairing or replacing parts that are subject to
wear and tear (wear parts such as batteries, chargers, cables, bags, handles,
covers, caps, rubber buttons, switches, belts, etc.),
• Damage caused by the customer making changes or adjustments to the
product without the prior written consent of NITEHOG or using the product
for purposes other than those stated in the user manual,
• A software or firmware deficiency,
• Damage caused by defective pixels on the monitor,
• Damage to the transport packaging without affecting the product
This guarantee does not apply to:
• Damage caused by improper use of the product or disregard of the
instructions for use, in particular if the product is used for purposes other
than intended, if the required maintenance is not complied with or if the
regulations for installing and using the product are not observed,
• Damage caused by improper use, accidents or external force, such as, in
particular, improper use of the device, improper storage, improper handling,
falling, excessive shocks, improper care, neglect of the product, corrosion, dirt,
exposure to high voltage, water or fire,
• Damage caused by repairs or cleaning of the product that were not carried out
by NITEHOG authorized dealers or persons,
• Damage to other goods that are used with or installed on the product,
• Damage in the focal plane arrangement or in display elements (pixels) caused
by „image fire" or laser,
• Damage caused by the use of spare parts, software or consumables (e.g.
batteries) that are not compatible with the product and have not been
approved by NITEHOG. The customer is advised to check compatibility before
use.
4. EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE
Subject to the above provisions, NITEHOG assumes no responsibility for any additional
expenses required by the customer, for losses, costs or damage of any kind if:
a) The product is not used, installed, serviced, stored or handled properly (in
