3. Tourner la poulie de machine pour déplacer le boucleur y de droite à gauche jusqu'à ce que l'extrémité du boucleur y
atteigne le centre de l'aiguille, puis régler de manière que la pointe de l'aiguille dépasse alors de 0,5 mm sous la ligne
u du cìne supérieur à la surface de contact du protège-aiguille arrière q.
3. Girar la polea de la máquina para mover el ojo-guía y desde la derecha hacia la izquierda hasta que la punta del ojo-
guía y llegue al centro de la aguja, y luego ajustarlo de manera que la punta de la aguja se proyecte 0,5 mm debajo de
la línea biselada superior u en la superficie de contacto del protector trasero de agujas q.

4. Im Zustand des Schrittes 2 auf der vorhergehenden Seite mit einem Abstand zwischen der Greiferspitze y und der
Nadel von 0 - 0,05 mm (siehe Seite 61) einstellen, daß sich der hintere Nadelschutz q und die Nadel leicht berühren.
* Bei den Ausführungen mit Doppelnadel kann sich der Abstand zwischen den beiden Nadeln und dem Greifer y
vergrößern, wenn die Nadeln den hinteren Nadelschutz q berühren.

Bei der Ausführung -001T den Abstand zwischen der Nadel mit dem vergrößerten Abstand und dem Greifer y nochmals
einstellen. (Siehe Seite 61.)
•
Für die Ausführung -0012, 0013, 00P3, 0014, 00P4, 0015, den hinteren Nadelschutz q nach hinten oder vorne bewegen,
so daß der Abstand zwischen der Nadel und dem Greifer y 0 - 0,05 mm beträgt.

(Se reporter à la page 61.), régler de manière que le garde-aiguille arrière q et l'aiguille entrent légèrement en contact.
* Pour les spécifications à deux aiguilles, l'écart entre les deux aiguilles et le boucleur y doit augmenter lorsque les
aiguilles entrent en contact avec le protège-aiguille arrière q.

Pour les spécifications -001T, régler à nouveau l'écart entre l'aiguille ayant le plus grand écart et le boucleur y. (Se
reporter à la page 61.)

Pour les spécifications -0012, 0013, 00P3, 0014, 00P4, 0015, incliner le protège-aiguille arrière q vers l'arrière et vers
l'avant pour régler de manière que l'écart entre l'aiguille, et le boucleur y soit de 0 - 0,05 mm.
4. En la condición explicada en el paso 2. de la página anterior manteniendo la separación entre la punta del ojo-guía y y
la aguja entre 0 - 0,05 mm (consultar la página 61), ajustar de manera que el protector trasero de agujas q y la aguja se
toquen ligeramente.
* Para especificaciones de dos agujas, la separación entre las dos agujas y el ojo-guía y puede volverse mayor cuando
las agujas se tocan con el protector trasero de agujas q.

Para las especificaciones -001T, volver a ajustar la separación entre la aguja con la separación mayor y el ojo-guía y.

Para las especificaciones -0012, 0013, 00P3, 0014, 00P4, 0015, inclinar el protector trasero de agujas q hacia atrás y
adelante para ajustar la separación entre la aguja y el ojo-guía y sea 0 - 0,05 mm.

3. Turn the machine pulley to move the looper y from right
to left until the tip of the looper y reaches the center of
the needle, and then adjust so that the tip of the needle
projects 0.5 mm below the upper bevel line u on the con-
tact surface of the rear needle guard q at this time.

4. In the condition explained in step 2. on the previous page
with the clearance between the tip of the looper y and
the needle kept at 0 - 0.05 mm (refer to page 61), adjust so
that the rear needle guard q and the needle touch slightly.
* For twin-needle specifications, the clearance between
the two needles and the looper y may become greater
when the needles are touching the rear needle guard
q.
•
For -001T specifications, re-adjust the clearance between
the needle with the greater clearance and the looper y.

For -0012, 0013, 00P3, 0014, 00P4, 0015 specifications,

tilt the rear needle guard q back and forth to adjust so
that the clearance between the needle and the looper y
is 0 - 0.05 mm.
