Possible Causes
Emergency stop switch activated
Mains voltage faulty
The spindle sleeve is not in the basic
position "Up"
The drill-depth stopper is loose and
is hanging down.
The spindle sleeve is in the basic
position "Up" and the drill-depth
stopper is hanging loose.
Main switch is not on.
The front plate was opened and the
connection (band cable) operating
device and power electronics
interrupted in the process.
Wrong operational mode selected.
Drill-depth stopper hanging loose
Theoretical value of drill-depth lesser
than actual value of drill-depth
Spindle doesn't turn
Spindle turns, display shows rotary
speed 0000 1/min.
The product of spindle rotary speed
and shuttling feeder speed shall
amount to a maximum of 300
mm/min.
Fault clearance
Unlock emergency stop switch
Have electrical specialists check
mains voltage
Place spindle sleeve in the basic
position.
Push drill-depth stopper upwards
and clamp.
Push drill-depth stopper upwards
and clamp.
Switch main switch to position "1".
Disconnect machine from main
power!
Have an electrical specialist open
the front plate and check plug
connections for proper positioning.
Close front plate.
Select operational mode
programmable feeder.
Push drill-depth stopper upwards
and clamp.
Check/Change parameter for the
theoretical value of drill-depth.
Switch pole changing starter to
position "1" or "2".
Disconnect machine from main
power!
Have an electrical specialist open
the front plate and check plug
connections for proper positioning.
Should all connections be okay,
remove side part and check light
barrier for dirt, blow out if necessary.
Close machine again.
Reduce spindle rotary speed or
shuttling feeder speeder
