PROGRAM FUNCTIONS
4) User-defined program (U1-U03)
In addition to the 12 preset programs, this model has 3 user-defined programs that you can set accor-
ding to your personal requirements: U01, U02, U03.
A. Setting the user-defined programs:
In standby mode, press the „PROGRAM" button continuously until the user-defined program (U01-U03)
you have set is displayed. Press the „MODE" button to make the settings. First set the preferred time.
When setting the speed, use the SPEED +, SPEED - keys or the key combination;
then set the incline with the INCLINE + / INCLINE- button, press the „MODE" button to confirm the set-
tings. After completing the settings, the data will be saved permanently until you reset them. The power
supply should not be interrupted during the setting process, otherwise the data cannot be saved.
B. Starting the custom program:
In the standby state, press the „PROGRAM" button continuously until the user-defined program
(U01-U03) that you want to run is shown; after the

C. Custom program settings:
Each program divides the practice time into 20 periods. When setting, the speed, incline and running
time must be set for all 20 time periods before the START button is pressed to start the treadmill.
During the training, the speed can be adjusted with „SPEED +" and „SPEED -".
5) BODY-FAT test
In standby status or mode setting status, press PROGRAM button to select the body fat test setting
Description: After calling up the status for setting the body fat test, the heart rate window shows the
parameter function (-X-), the calorie window shows the set value. Press the SPEED +/- button to adjust
the set value.

When the settings are complete and „- - -" flashes in the middle of the display,pPlace your palms on the
silver sensors for about 5 seconds until the result is displayed.
