PROGRAM FUNCTIONS
6) Heartbeat
The palms of both hands are held against the sensors on the left and right handles.
The LCD heartbeat display window shows the starting heartbeat value. Please keep your hands still,
the heartbeat display window will slowly change to the displayed data and will show the actual heartbe-
at value after 60 seconds.
7) Sleep mode
If the treadmill is not used for more than 10 minutes, it will go to sleep.
The computer automatically turns off the display. Press any key to activate the display.
8) Safety key
You must place the safety key in the designated location on the computer before you can operate the
computer.
When you remove the safety key, the computer's LCD window will display E00 or "---" and beep once
every second.
If the safety key is removed while the machine is running, the treadmill will stop.
9) MP3
You can listen to music through the built-in HI-FI stereo speakers by connecting your MP3 player to the
AUX connection. Please make sure to adjust the volume so that the quality of the music playback and
the audio control circuitry in the computer are not impaired. You can regulate the volume via your MP3
player.
10) USB
You can play music in MP3 format using a USB stick.
