PROGRAM FUNCTIONS
1) Manual mode
Activate manual mode: When the computer is on, it goes into standby mode. At this point, press the
START button to activate manual mode. Description: The initial operating speed is 0.8 km / h. Time,
distance and calories are counted starting from zero. Push the speed button to adjust the speed value
and push the incline button to adjust the operating incline value.
The exercise time exceeds 99:59 minutes, the system does not stop and the time starts from zero.
2) Countdown mode
A. Time Countdown Mode: In the standby state, press the MODE button to select Time Countdown
Mode. At this point the time window shows 30:00 minutes and flashes. The desired running time can be
set with the speed +/- button. Set the required time in the range from 8 to 99 minutes. Press the START
button to start the time countdown mode.
Description: The initial running speed is 0.8 km / h, the time window begins to count down according to
the set running time and the distance and calorie window starts to count up from zero. Press the Speed
Adjustment button to adjust the running speed value and press the Incline Adjustment button to adjust
the incline.
B. Distance countdown mode: In standby mode, press the MODE button to select the distance
countdown mode. At this point the distance window will show 1.0 km and blink. You can set the desi-
red running distance using the speed +/- button. The range is 1.0 to 99.0 kilometers. Press the START
button to enter the Distance Countdown Mode.
Description: The initial running speed is 0.8 km / h, the distance window starts counting down accor-
ding to the set distance and the time and calorie window starts counting up from zero. Press the Speed
Adjustment button to adjust the running speed value. Press the Incline Adjustment button.
C. Calorie countdown mode: In standby mode, press the MODE button to select the calorie count-
down mode. At this point the calorie window will display 50 and blink. The desired calories can be set
using the speed +/- button. The setting range is between 20 and 990.
Press the START button to enter the calorie countdown mode.
Description: The initial running speed is 0.8 km / h, the calorie window begins to count down according
to the set calories; the time and distance window starts counting up from zero. Press the Speed Ad-
justment button to adjust the running speed value. The incline value can be adjusted using the incline
adjustment button.
