Chapter VII Common Troubleshooting Methods

Fault phenomenon
1. Turn on the power switch
2. No display after starting up
3. The display is normal after
startup, while the motor does
not rotate when pressing the

4. The motor keeps rotating

5. No brake after startup

Fault causes
1. Check the motor for damp or electric leakage
2. Check the power board transformer for leakage
3. Check the brake resistance for leakage
4. Check whether the chassis is connected to the
grounding electrode line
1. Check the external circuit for being energized
2. Check the power switch for being damaged
3. Check the fuse on the power board for being loose or
burning out
4. The power supply leads of computer board are broken
5. Check the power panel for being damaged
6. Check the computer board for being damaged
9. Check the line between the main computer board and
the display board for being connected properly
