Chapter VI Routine Maintenance

6.1 Disconnect the power supply before maintenance.
6.2 Adjust the belt tension
Remove the cover, loosen the motor screw, move the motor until the belt is properly tensioned, then press down the belt with force for
about 4 mm lower; tighten the screws of the motor and cover it.
6.3 Replace the fuse
Two spare fuses are provided on the power panel and can be removed from the fuse holder and replaced if damaged.
6.4 Unstable balance display
A well-balanced tire is unbalanced after reinstallation, which is not a machine display error, but is generally caused by rim reinstallation.
The disalignment between two installation surfaces for rim and conical surface, or the deformation of rim hole and the large gap with the
taper disc as well as looseness of fast locking nut will cause large error.
