Filter

The device has a two-stage filter system (PF1400 -
three-stage is available as an option). The first filter
stage is of one or two preliminary filters with a main
filter of rugged HEYLO plissé filter material in vari-
ous filter classes.
Filter types
First stage filter
– Z-Line first stage filter (coarse dust filter) Class
G + per EN 779
– First stage filter of the main filter
– Filter for specific coarse dust up to 3 µm
– Separation efficiency 85-98 % at 10 µm and
30-55 % at 1 µm
– Coarse dust filtration
– First stage charcoal filter
– First stage filter for cleansing air of organic
substances
– that binds odour molecules such as mould,
tobacco smoke, heating oil fumes, solvent
fumes and ozone
Main filter
– Fine dust filter Class F9 per EN 779
Dust class M per EN 60335:
– Main filter cartridge for fine dust particles and
particles up to 1µm.
– Separation efficiency 99.9 %,
– suitable for areas with major dust generation.
– HEPA H14 airborne particle filter per EN 1822
Dust class H per EN 60335:
– Main filter cartridge for airborne particles and
particles up to 1 µm
– Separation efficiency 99.995 %,
– suitable for rooms / spaces requiring cleans-
ing to the highest standards, e.g. laborato-
ries, industrial premises and medical uses.
