˜ Basic doughnuts (optional

Doughnut maker (HG06272B):
Ingredients:
260 g
Flour
130 g
Sugar
1 sachet
Vanilla sugar
250 ml
Milk
3
Eggs
5 tbs
Vegetable oil
30 g
Baking powder
Simple icing sugar topping (optional):
30 g
Icing sugar
Glazed chocolate topping (optional):
80 g
50 % chocolate (rough chopped)
35 g
Cocoa butter
Rainbow sprinkles (or your choice of sprinkles)
Mini marshmallows (or your choice of sprinkles)
Preparation (basic doughnuts):
Preheat the product .
 
In a bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla sugar and the
 
sugar into a fluffy light yellow mixture .
Add vegetable oil and milk to the mixture . Beat in
 
low speed until smooth .
Sift the flour and baking powder to the mixture .
 
Beat and mix in low speed until smooth .
Spray the doughnut plates 7 with cooking butter
 
spray .
Evenly spoon the batter onto the lower doughnut
 
plate 7 . Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until
doughnuts are golden brown and soft to touch .
Remove the doughnuts . Leave to cool on a plate .

Preparation (simple icing sugar topping):
Sift the icing sugar on the doughnuts .
 
Preparation (chocolate glaze topping):
Place the chopped chocolate and the cocoa
 
butter in a heatproof bowl (stainless steel or
tempered glass) .
Bring about 3 cm of water to a simmer in a
 
saucepan .
Place the bowl over the simmering water .
 
When the mixture has melted, remove the bowl
 
from the heat . Stir and mix well .
Let the chocolate glaze cool a little .
 
Dip one side of the doughnut into the chocolate
 
glaze . Immediately turn up the glazed side . Place
the doughnut onto a plate for a few minutes to
dry .
Optional: Add rainbow sprinkles or mini
 
marshmallows on top before the chocolate glaze
has dried on the doughnuts .
˜ Omelette
Omelette maker (HG06272C):
Ingredients:

20 ml
1 dash
1 slice (approx . 20 g) Cooking ham (half cut)
20 g
Preparation:
Preheat the product .
 
Whisk eggs, milk / water and pepper in a bowl
 
until blended .
Fold in cooking ham and shredded cheddar
 
cheese .
Spray the omelette plates 8 with cooking spray .
 
Evenly spoon the egg mixture onto the lower
 
omelette plate 8 . Bake for approx . 3 minutes
until soft to touch .

Pepper (optional)
Cheddar cheese
