DESTINAZIONE D'USO
Il sistema di trapianto automatico è concepito per il
trapianto di piantine in pan di terra cubico (3×3 - 4×4),
è costituito da un nastro alimentazione delle piantine
al termine del quale si trova un dispositivo di trapianto
che preleva la piantina dalla superficie di appoggio
del nastro e la deposita sulla superficie piana creata
dal vomere.
FAST BLOCK è costituita da un telaio perimetrale
che appoggia su quattro ruote, ed un telaio interno
connesso a quello esterno per mezzo di un'artico-
lazione a parallelogramma che appoggia su un rullo
gommato FLEX posto anteriormente, su cui alloggiano
gli elementi piantanti, e parallelamente sostenuti da
due cilindri idraulici di alleggerimento.
La profondità di lavoro è mantenuta costante e di re-
gola grazie a un rullo che pareggia il terreno e il moto
ai corpi trapiantati viene gestito elettronicamente.
La macchina è fornita di un sistema pneumatico ed
idraulico indipendente.
Altri usi sono da considerarsi impropri.
TERRENO
Si consiglia di operare su terreni opportunamente
preparati con erpici o zappatrici.
La buona riuscita del trapianto è anche dovuta ad una
buona preparazione del terreno.
Prestare la massima attenzione alle ma-
novre nel caso che i terreni siano in forte
pendenza.
DEFINIZIONE RUOLI
NELL'USO DELLA MACCHINA
CONDUCENTE:
La persona che ha il controllo, dal posto guida, del
mezzo semovente a cui la macchina è agganciata
per essere trainata.
OPERATORE:
e' colui che è incaricato della esecuzione e il controllo
delle fasi operative della macchina, per le operazioni
di trapiantatura con esclusione di qualsiasi attività ri-
servata al conducente. il posto di lavoro dell'operatore
è sulla pedana.
e' assolutamente vietato, per qualsivoglia motivo,
lasciare il posto di lavoro se prima il conducente non
ha spento il motore ed estratto la chiave.

INTENDED USE
The automatic transplanting system is conceived to
transplant plants in cubic soil blocks (3×3 - 4×4), it
consists of a seedlings carousel at the end of which
lies a device transplant, which picks up the seedling
from the support surface of the belt and deposits it onto
the flat surface created by the ploughshare.
FAST BLOCK is composed of a perimetral frame
which is supported by four wheels, and of an internal
frame connected to the external one by means of a
parallelogram system. This parallelogram system le-
ans on a FLEX rubber roller on the front part, on which
the planting units are placed, and which are supported
in parallel by two lightening hydraulic cylinders. The
working depth is kept stable by means of a roller which
evens the soil structure, and the transmission to the
transplanting units is managed electronically.
The machine is equipped with a pneumatic and
hydraulic independent system.
All other uses are to be considered improper.
GROUND
You are recommended to use the machine on ground
prepared using harrowing or hoeing machines.
Successful transplanting depends partly on good
ground preparation.
Take great care when working on steeply
sloping ground.
DEFINITION OF ROLES WHEN
USING THE MACHINE
DRIvER:
The person who has control, from driving position, of
the self-propelled machine to which the transplanter
is attached to be pulled.
OPERATOR:
The person in charge of performing and controlling
the machine's operating phases, for the transplanting
operations, with the exception of any work reserved
for the driver. The operator's work station is on the
platform.
It is strictly forbidden, for any reason whatsoever, for
the operator to leave the work station if the driver has
not turned the engine off and taken the key out first.
