SOSTITUZIONE CUSCINETTI E COPER-
TURA RUOTA DI RINCALZO
Nel caso necessitasse la sostituzione dei cuscinetti
della ruota, o della copertura in gomma (A) per la
presenza di crepe, o per mancanza di alcuni pezzi di
gomma, oppure perchè i cuscinetti sono consumati,
è sufficiente togliere la spina di sicurezza (B) e sfilare
lateralmente la ruota.
Per cambiare i cuscinetti:
• Togliere l'anello seeger (C).
• Spingere fuori con un martello in plastica la boccola
(D) dalla parte opposta.
• sfilare i due cuscinetti (E) posti da ambo i lati e
sostituirli.
Per cambiare la copertura:
• Eseguire i punti 1 e 2.
• Con apposite chiavi svitare le sei viti di accoppia-
mento cerchi (F), aprire la ruota e cambiare la co-
pertura o i cerchi danneggiati.
• Rimontare le ruote eseguendo la procedura inver-
sa.

REPLACEMENT OF
EARTHING-UP WHEELS
Should the wheel bearings or rubber covering (A) need
replacing due to cracks or missing pieces of rubber, or
because the bearings are worn, simply remove safety
pin (B) and pull the wheel out laterally.
To change the bearings:
• Take off the Seeger ring (C).
• Push the bush (D) out with a plastic mallet from the
opposite side.
• Take off and replace the two bearings (E) on either
side.
To change the covering:
• Follow points 1 and 2.
• Using the dedicated spanner, unscrew the six rim
coupling screws (F), open the wheel and change
the damaged covering or rims.
• Reassemble the wheels by following the procedure
inversely.
