Problem:

Heat pump is not working and
the displays shows the error
message EE 7 or EE 8.
Display: error message EE 9
If the problem persists, contact the customer service listed on the last page.
Cause:
Automatic defrosting not
performed properly.
Control card is defective.
Pool temperature is too
high.
Ambient temperature is too
high.
Manual defrosting was started
without ice being present on
the heat exchanger.
Solutions:
Increase the water flow at the
input of the heat pump.
Contact an authorized
qualified person.
Contact an authorized
qualified person.
Contact an authorized

Wait until the water
temperature decreases.
Contact an authorized
qualified person.
Wait until the ambient
temperature decreases.
Contact an authorized

Switch off and then restart the
