Solution
• Is the product connected to the mains and switched on?
• Was the fuse triggered? Check the fuse and replace it if necessary
(see section 15).
• The temperature is too low.
• The heat is dissipated too quickly (e.g. when working on larger
workpieces). Set a higher temperature.
• The product is not suitable for the soldering work (e.g. soldering large
workpieces).
• The product is only designed for use with soft solders.
• Calibrate the temperature in the system menu.
• Switch off the button lock.
• Standby mode is enabled (the temperature decreases after a certain
preset duration). Disable this function in the channel menu.
• The temperature lock in the functions menu is enabled.
• An upper and/or lower temperature limit was programmed in the
channel menu.
• An upper and/or lower temperature limit was programmed in the
channel menu.
• Switch on the channel.
• To save energy, the heating for the corresponding channel was
switched off after the preset duration configured in the channel menu.
Press any button on the soldering station.
• Check that the plug on the soldering iron/soldering tweezers is con-
nected to the soldering station and locked in position.
