Description
The heating unit (in the soldering iron or soldering tweezers)
is faulty, or there is a bad contact.
There is a bad contact. Disconnect and then reconnect the
connector between the soldering iron/soldering tweezers
and the soldering station. If the issue persists, ask a techni-
cian to inspect the product.
The frequency of the mains voltage is outside of the operat-
ing parameters (see "Technical data") or the product is pow-
ered by an electricity generator and not via the public grid.
If this is not the case, ask a technician to inspect the
product.
The object that you are soldering is too large, causing the
heating element to overload. The target temperature cannot
be reached or maintained. Use a more powerful soldering
station.
The heating element is faulty (short circuit). Replace the
heating element or the soldering iron/soldering tweezers
with a new unit.
The mains voltage or mains voltage frequency is outside
of the operating parameters (see "Technical data") or the
product is powered by an electricity generator and not via
the public grid.
Turn the product off and let it cool down completely before
using it again.
The temperature sensor is faulty (short circuit). Replace the
heating element or the soldering iron/soldering tweezers
with a new unit.
The connected soldering iron/soldering tweezers is not
compatible with the soldering station. Only use original
replacement parts.
The internal electronic components are defective. Ask a
technician to inspect the product.
