17 Troubleshooting

17.1 Causes and rectification of faults

correctly.

The device needs to be descaled

Possible solution
Wipe the panel with a damp
cloth and then dry it off.
Put your finger completely
on the key.
Place the water tank
correctly.
Refill water.
Refill the beans.
Empty the container.
Place the container
correctly.
Place and close the cover
cap correctly.
Descale the device.
Place power cable correctly.
