Query current pressure measurement.

Query current pressure measurement of the Pirani sensor.
Measurement Value M4:
Query current pressure measurement of the cold cathode sensor. Not available
when cold cathode is switched off.

Query and set the pressure unit used for the LCD display of the Transducer.
Value range: mbar (default), Torr, hPa
Display Orientation DO:
Query and set display orientation, i.e. the display can be rotated by 180°.
Value range: 0 (default), 1 (rotated 180°)
