Measurement Range (MR):
Query measurement range of the gauge
Measurement Value MV:
Query current pressure measurement
Measurement Value M1:
Query current pressure measurement of the Pirani sensor
Measurement Value M4:
Query current pressure measurement of the cold cathode sensor. If the cold ca-
thode sensor is switched off, error code »_ SEDIS« will be returned.

5.5 Display Functions

Display Unit (DU):
Query and set the pressure unit used for the LCD display of the transducer.
Value range: mbar (default), Torr, hPa
Display Orientation (DO):
Query and set display orientation, i.e. the display can be rotated by 180 .
Value range: 0 (default), 1 (rotated 180 )
