Requirements for safe
operation
• Read chapter „For your safety" from page
EN-4 and all the safety notices.
• Mount the exhaust hood as described in
the relevant chapter.

Control elements

The control elements are located on the front
right-hand edge of the housing.

Switching the fan on and off

The fan is equipped with two power levels:
I, 'slow', and II, 'fast'.
To switch on the exhaust hood,
1. Pull the flat panel (14) forwards.
2. Put the toggle switch (15) to the desired
power setting.
To switch off the exhaust hood,
1. Put the toggle switch (15) to the position 'O'.
2. Push the flat panel (14) backwards.
Please note: Pushing back the flat panel
stops the fan operation. However, the only
way to switch off the fan is by using the tog-
gle switch (15).

Lighting

Your exhaust hood is equipped with two LED

lights. The lighting can be switched on or off
independently of the fans.
To switch the lighting

– on, put the toggle switch (16) in position
(16)
– off, put the toggle switch (16) in position O.
Please note: Pushing back the flat panel
turns off the LEDs. However, the only way to
switch off the lighting is by touching the toggle
switch (16).

Activated charcoal filter

• When using the appliance for air circula-
tion, only do so with activated charcoal
(15)
filters inserted.
• If neighbours complain about odours, it
may be a good idea to insert activated
charcoal filters for exhaust air operation,
too.
