Self-cleaning:
Turn over the temperature controller to maximum, push the self-cleaning pushbutton for
approx. 1 minute. Strong steam flow will blast that cleans the steam chamber. Apply this
function every two weeks.
Anti-drip function:
This iron is equipped with anti-drop function: If the temperature is too low and water
could drop from the ironing face, the iron automatically stops steaming.
Function preventing scale deposition:
The function preventing scale deposition consists in filtration minerals from the used
water and prevents their deposition in the steam chamber.
Automatic cut-out: (Not applicable at models ZN 8001 and ZN 8002)
If the iron is turned on and is not handled for 8 minutes, if it is standing on the stacking
plate, or lays for 30 seconds on the ironing surface, internal safety device it stops and
the control lamps starts flashing. To restart the iron move with it abruptly.
Filling with water:
1. Before filling disconnect the iron from socket!
2. Turn over the steam controller to the position "minimum".
3. Lift off the cover of the filling opening
with water.
Sprinkling:
Push the sprinkling pushbutton, water is released from
the sprinkling nozzle. For applying this function the reservoir
should be sufficiently filled.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the iron, please read carefully these instructions.
- Before using the iron remove all sticks and packaging from the ironing plate.
- Before the first ironing check the iron using a piece of old cloths to ensure
that the ironing surface as well as the water reservoir is completely clean.
- Some steam is released at the first using that disappears after a while.
