Adjustment of the position of the handle and the saddle
Before training, you should adjust the handle and seat positions.
Turning the adjustment handles clockwise fixes the positions. The positions can be released by turning
counterclockwise.
The handle and seat can be adjusted horizontally and vertically. See illustration.

ATTENTION:
When setting the vertical positions of the handle and seat, their highest position must not ex-
ceed the line under „STOP"!

Standing upright next to the bike, adjusting the bike saddle to the buttocks position.
•
Adjust the height of the handle so that the lowest part of the handle is the same height as the
saddle.
•
Adjust the front and rear position of the saddle. When your foot is at the forefront, your knee just
exceeds your foot.
•
Adjust the handle, the distance between the saddle and the handle is equal to the length of your
forearm.
